Mr Ravi Popat is a Consultant Specialist Hip and Knee Surgeon specialising in joint replacement surgery and sports injury reconstruction. Mr Popat is also highly qualified in robotic joint replacement surgery, leading the robotic joint replacement programme at his NHS Trust.

Mr Popat has a particular interest in partial knee replacement surgery, as well as enhanced recovery following all joint replacement operations.

Having trained at some of the leading centres in the world, he looks to utilise his skills to offer the finest possible evidence-based care. He tailors each treatment plan to the individual, in an effort to enable his patient’s to return to peak function.

Mr Popat takes a holistic approach to his practice, ensuring he takes the time to listen to his patients and uses the latest technology to identify the cause of his patient’s symptoms. He ensures that he explains things clearly using easy-to-understand terms and allows plenty of time for his patients to ask questions and discuss concerns.
