At One Stop Healthcare, we offer a fixed price package for combined gastroscopy and colonoscopy. This allows you to have both procedures carried out in one visit, with all hospital costs included and no hidden fees, subject to clinical suitability.

This fixed price covers your care from admission through to follow-up (excluding the initial consultation).

Before your procedure
To proceed with the fixed price package, you will first need to book an initial consultation with a Gastroenterology consultant. If clinically appropriate, your consultant will recommend a combined procedure and refer you onto the Fixed Price Package pathway.
You will undergo a clinical pre-assessment to confirm suitability for the fixed price package. This may include screening tests such as blood tests, ECG, imaging, or an MRSA swab, depending on your individual clinical needs.
What’s not included?
- Initial consultation (booked separately)
- Tests arranged before eligibility is confirmed
- Additional treatment if your procedure becomes more complex than planned
- Unrelated investigations or medications
During your stay
All hospital fees are included. This covers your private room, meals and refreshments, nursing care, operating theatre costs, and all equipment used during the procedure. Any imaging required on the day is included, along with pathology and histology testing for tissue samples, plus all standard medications and medical consumables.
After your procedure
You will receive up to 7 days of take-home medication if prescribed by your consultant. Your aftercare also includes any necessary outpatient support related to the procedure, such as dressings removal if required.
Follow-up care
Your package includes one follow-up consultation with your consultant to review results, including any biopsy findings, and discuss any next steps.
Appointment and Treatment Plan
Initial consultation
You will first book an initial consultation with a Gastroenterology consultant. During this appointment, your symptoms, medical history, and suitability for a combined gastroscopy and colonoscopy will be assessed.
Consultant assessment
If appropriate, your consultant will recommend a combined diagnostic procedure and assess whether the fixed price package is suitable for your individual circumstances. If clinically appropriate, you will be referred onto the Fixed Price Package pathway.
Pre-assessment
You will then undergo a clinical pre-assessment to confirm eligibility for the package. This ensures the procedure is safe and that no additional risk factors are present.
Price confirmation
Once suitability is confirmed, your fixed price will be agreed and confirmed in writing before your procedure is booked.
Your procedure
Your gastroscopy and colonoscopy will be carried out in our day-case unit by an experienced consultant, supported by our specialist clinical team.
Follow-up care
After your procedure, you will attend your included follow-up consultation to review results and discuss any next steps.

About fixed pricing
Eligibility for Fixed Price Packages is determined through a pre-assessment process, which ensures the package is clinically suitable for your individual circumstances.
In some cases, findings during the procedure may require immediate additional treatment. If this happens, your care may move outside the fixed price package and additional costs may apply.
Where possible, this will be discussed with you in advance as part of the consent process.

We provide transparent pricing from your initial consultation to the completion of your treatment so you know where you stand, every step of the way.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay for UK residents. Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques.

Monthly payments need to be linked to a One Stop Healthcare treatment over £385 and is subject to a 14-day ‘cooling-off’ period before any treatment can start.
Your on-going payments will be made directly between Chrysalis and yourself. It’s that simple.
