CMA Order Compliance Award
Presented by the Private Healthcare Information Network (PHIN), this award recognises our full compliance with the Competition and Markets Authority’s Private Healthcare Market Investigation Order 2014. It demonstrates that we are meeting all requirements around transparency of consultant fees, performance data and patient outcomes, enabling patients to make more informed choices about their private healthcare.
We are proud to support PHIN’s mission to improve transparency and accountability across the sector, and to be recognised as a leading organisation in meeting these vital standards.
On receiving the award, Hannah Jarvis, our Medical Governance and Quality Officer, said “I’m so proud to be part of One Stop Healthcare at this time and see how our hard work and dedication to improved transparency and patient outcomes is being recognised.”
ANTT Bronze Award
We are also delighted to have received the ANTT Bronze Award, a formal recognition of our commitment to best practice in aseptic technique.
Aseptic technique refers to a set of practices used to prevent the introduction of harmful microbes during clinical procedures, helping reduce the risk of infection.
ANTT (Aseptic Non Touch Technique) is a widely adopted clinical practice framework that ensures key parts of equipment or the body are not touched during procedures, unless protected by sterile gloves or tools.
This award reflects the consistent efforts of our clinical teams to uphold safe, standardised procedures that protect our patients and enhance care quality at every level.
