A recognised leader in the UK private healthcare sector, Phil brings over two decades of healthcare leadership, having held senior roles at Aspen Healthcare (now part of Nuffield Health), and Ramsay Health Care, prior to joining One Stop Healthcare.
What sets Phil apart is the breadth of his experience: not only spanning both corporate and independent providers, he has successfully led high-performing hospitals from within London, to Surrey and Hertfordshire, Yorkshire and Lancashire; bringing operational excellence and strategic insight wherever he goes.
With deep, hands-on experience across the national landscape, Phil understands the importance of quality, patient outcomes and healthcare innovation – his contribution to the next era of One Stop Healthcare will be essential.
