His training at Whipps Cross Hospital expanded his experience in General Surgery, laparoscopic surgery, especially cholecystectomy (Laparoscopic key-hole surgery for gall bladders and hernia repair surgery).
In Mr Amin’s private practice, in addition to his General Surgery practice, he carries out laparoscopic (keyhole) hernia repair and laparoscopic gall bladder removal together with a variety of other general surgery procedures. He also carries out all forms of laparoscopic bowel surgery. Recently Mr Amin started treating haemorrhoids with a new technique of radio-frequency ablation (RAFAELO).
